BeeHyv Software (based in Hyderabad, India) is a software development (technology) partner for several ICT4D initiatives. We have expertise in latest technologies to build effective ICT4D solutions that scale. Some of our ICT4D projects include:
1. National Scale Up of Mobile Academy and Kilkari for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India done in collaboration with BBC Media Action, IMImobile and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. We are the software development and support partners. Our support team is stationed in the government's data center in Gurgaon (Delhi).
2. Development partners for the open source MOTECH Mobile Technology for Community Health platform (Grameen Foundation)
3. Development partners for Outbreak Responder, an android based tool being used currently for treating cholera patients as per standard protocols. This is being done for Dr. Eric Nelson (one of the speakers at the conference - University of Florida, earlier at Stanford University School of Medicine)
4. Development partners for Gyanjyoti and Brightfuture Android based applications (done for Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs) used by front line workers in India and Pakistan for promoting use of family planning methods.
5. Support of MOTECH platform implementations for TAMA (for HIV patients), RefDB, WHP (for TB) and CARE (for pregnant mothers and new born children - done for Grameen Foundation.
6. Android apps being developed for CARE International for a) monitoring very low birth weight babies (vlbw) - in collaboration with BMGF and b) a survey app to understand the incidence and antecedents of severe acute malnutrition in children.
7. CallAmbulance iOS app developed for Doctorz.com to store details of family members and their health records and invoking help with a single click in case of an emergency.
8. An android app to store, schedule and track physiotherapy routines done for a start-up.
9. An application to enable upload and tagging of birthing training videos for monitoring and improving quality of training. This application supports 120TB of data. Done for Pronto International for training of front line workers in Bihar.
