Sherrie is the World Vision International Global Director of ICT4D and has been active in ICT4D for over 15 years. She has been instrumental to the growth and maturation of WV’s ICT4D portfolio, which spans health, education, humanitarian assistance, child protection, microfinance and livelihoods with implementations across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Eastern Europe. Sherrie also holds a Ph.D. in Politics & Economics, with focus on socioeconomic development and ICT4D.
