Santhosh Ramdoss is a Program Officer at the India offices of the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, where he manages Foundation grants and impact investments in financial inclusion and livelihoods. Until recently, he managed large-scale development programs at the world’s largest NGO, BRAC. At BRAC, he helped raise $100 million in grant funds and played an integral role in scaling-up BRAC’s programs in Uganda.

Santhosh is also a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded ThinkChange India, the leading social entrepreneurship portal in the country which was acquired by YourStory in June 2013. He also co-founded Profits for People and ProGreen – both focused on creating rural subject matter experts in Southern India. These ventures won leading business plan competitions at NYU Stern, the University of Washington and Imagine Cup. His stint in the private-sector includes time at Nielsen doing quantitative modelling and volume forecasting for the world’s leading consumer product companies.

Santhosh graduated with an MBA from one of the top business schools in India and an MPA from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, where he was a Catherine B. Reynolds Fellow in Social Entrepreneurship. He was part of the inaugural class of Dalai Lama Fellows and the Asia21 Young Leaders Initiative. NYU Wagner honored him with an Alumni Torch Award in 2011.
