I have been working with CRS since April 2014. I have started in DR Congo were I was working on integrating Protection Mainstreaming in DRC programming. In particular we have settled a CP feedback mechanism with a free toll hotline and an IT platform to manage and follow up on feedback and responses. Since March 2017, I’m part in the Eurozone and part with HRD on Protection Mainstreaming. Before working with CRS, I was with Secours Catholique (Caritas France) and UNHCR.
