Simone Strey is a co-founder and CEO of PEAT, a deep learning AgTech Start Up founded as a spin-off from the Leibniz University in Hanover. PEAT combines automatic image recognition, big data and agriculture to answer one question: “Are my plants doing good?” The startup developed a software which is able to automatically analyze pictures based on a photo. Based on this software, PEAT published an App to support farmers worldwide in sustainable agricultural practice.
