Shiv is the Founder Director of Catalyst Group of Institutions (Swasti, Vrutti, Catalyst Management Services, Fuzhio, GREEN Foundation, Catalyst Foundation) and brings over 26 years of experience in over 30 countries globally in delivering results in development programmes, and contributing to policies for the poor and marginalised. He is involved in programmes in advisory, supportive and direct implementation capacities and in each role, adds value through an understanding of various approaches and models.
