S. S. Bakht Hindole is an advanced expert with specialization in M&E, MIS, GIS, Research, Statistics, Socio-Economical & Analysis and database management. He worked over 12 years with renowned International organization and Projects as an employee and independent consultant, such as USAID Project- Food for Peace (FFP) and FtF both with HKI, ACDI/VOCA and Winrock International, UNDP, CLP-DFID, Plan Bangladesh, Save the Children, WaterAid, Practical Action (ITDG), CARE, TIB, brac, RDRS, DAE- FAO, BAU- WorldFish Center.
Mr. Hindole by his career learn the different development agenda, like: Livelihood, Public Health & Maternal and Child Nutrition, Resilience-Adaptation-DRM of Climate Change, ICT4D, Governance, RBA, Social Inclusion, Women and child rights, Environmental conservation;
Mr. Hindole is practiced updated diverse devices and procedure of M&E and quality affirmation as advanced level, such as Logframe, Result frame, Theory of Change (TOC), PRA, MSC, Outcome mapping, Rapid assessment, SitRep writing, UN Result Based M&E system (RBM), DFID output monitoring (OPR), USAID-PMP, PIRS tools etc.
He is specialised in handle large relational database/ MIS by online/offline/Android Mobile functionality with using different data management and visualization software, like: ODK, SQL, PHP, C#, Cristal Reporting, XML, HTML, CSS, server and Clint site scripting, Access, VB, ArcGIS, QGIS, SPSS, STATA.
Mr. Hindole holds a Masters in Development Studies from South East University (www.seu.ac.bd), MSc in Agroforestry and BSc in Agriculture from the Bangladesh Agricultural University (http://www.bau.edu.bd/). He is also qualified in Statistics, Computer (PGD) & MIS. And also qualified facilitator of Gonono Sasta University and Bangladesh Institute of Management’(BIM-www.bim.org.bd.) in the course of Modern Project management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research methodology, SPSS, STATA, ArcGIS, MIS and data management.
