Natasha is the Program Manager for the Technology and Development research portfolio at the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) at the University of California, Berkeley. She leads CEGA's measurement initiative focused on how technology and innovation can better assess development outcomes.

CEGA's measurement initiative includes the Long-term Impact Discovery project supported by GiveWell, focused on developing a database of impact evaluations in the fields of child health and cash transfers that would be feasible for long-term follow-up as well as the Expanding the Reach of Impact Evaluation (ERIE) project, funded by USAID's MERLIN mechanism and led by the University of Notre Dame's Initiative for Global Development.

She also manages the Development Impact Lab, part of the USAID funded Higher Education Solutions Network, as well as Digital Credit Observatory, an initiative supported by the Gates Foundation to evaluate the impact of digital credit in emerging markets.

She holds an MPhil in Development Studies from Oxford University. Previously, she worked at Equal Access as the ICT4D Specialist and Dimagi as a Field Manager in India.
