Laura McMillan is NetHope's Chief Operating Officer. Laura brings over 25 years of leadership experience in strategic planning, contracting, board governance, project management, communications, Lean management, event management, community relations and process improvement. Prior to joining NetHope, Laura was the Vice President of Strategic Planning and the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Group Health Cooperative. Laura has a special interest in non-profit governance, child adoption and Lean management. She serves on the boards of Salal Credit Union and WACAP. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Whitworth University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
