As a system administrator for end user computing, John is responsible for managing thousands of computers and mobile devices used by CRS employees and ICT4D projects alike. John has visited ICT4D field sites to speak directly with the people using the devices in their work so that he may learn of their challenges and help find solutions. The lessons he learns from these trips help advise other CRS ICT4D projects and guide hardware recommendations across the CRS enterprise.
