Disruption in the learning space is built around improving quality to make ICT studies relevant to the on-demand world. Therefore, the “disruptive learning” approach for upskilling will enable great diversity in blending technology with traditionally monitored skilling approaches. The potential of digitization far outweighs its challenges.

This session will highlight the upskilling in iMerit, explaining how we innovated a balanced combination of technology and learning to provide a very interactive, technology enabled, monitored, blended learning environment impacting the workforce who in turn spread the knowledge imbibed into the larger community effecting a socio-economic change.
