At Microsoft, recently we have been working across multiple projects which apply machine learning for eye-care. This work is being done in close collaboration with various major eye-care providers in India including LVPEI, and Sankara Nethralaya.

In this talk, I will discuss about various projects that we have been working on with them. Such projects include surgery outcome prediction, forecasting, image classification using deep learning, and domain specific NLP.

While focusing on the technical aspects, I will also bring out interesting aspects of the eye-care domain.
