Panelists will look at some of the most striking examples of cutting edge frontier solutions and their potential to address development issues such as improving livelihoods, health and education outcomes, living quality standards and community safety and security. They will then discuss the necessary conditions for maturing the ecosystems that support their use in a sustainable way addressing such issues as accessibility, affordability, cost recovery, scale and regulation. Finally they will look at the ability of the development community to influence the evolution of those ecosystems in the present development context.
