Eric Hubbard serves the Regional MEAL Coordinator of the UNITAID-funded ACCESS-SMC (seasonal malaria) Project at CRS - implemented in Mali, Guinea, Niger and The Gambia. Over the past 15 years Eric has supported the design and management of system-wide capacity strengthening and integrated MEAL systems structured to strengthen national and local government basic service delivery processes and systems, extend state authority, and build citizen confidence in the post-conflict state architecture.
