Mr. Arnab Duttagupta has more than 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, transitions of LMS tools and processes, recruitment, LMS (Functional), HR- MIS and reporting, Quality Audits, Process Training, Project Implementation, QMS and Customer Service (Technical). He started his career with Wipro as a THD advisor developing into a Process Trainer. The span of Wipro journey was for 4 years within which he pursued Corporate MBA (HRM) from Symbiosis International University. His team had won a major inter-team customer survey World Cup. In 2012 he joined Capgemini as an L&D executive as a part of the corporate university team.Arnab acclaimed an advanced MS Office certification and also a Kaizen certification (also a silver category idea for the same). He developed core L&D and managerial skills by working on critical reports, building Management Dashboards, doing qualitative and quantitative analysis of work carried out by HRO agents. Regular stakeholder interaction with over 40 Capgemini Locations across the globe. Ushered in Adobe Virtual Platform hosting important virtual sessions and moderating also at times with Curriculum Directors. In 2014 he was promoted to a Project Lead and handled various projects.Next year he was entrusted with a project transition of an entire L&D process of Netherlands Sogeti(CG acquired Org) and also design the front end of an LMS tool. Also was a process specialist on the CG "MyLearning" LMS. Currently working as L&D Manager in Imerit handling entire training operations and delivery, managing 10 process and communication trainers and also developing Moodle as a corporate LMS for the organisation.
