eValuate Business Lead. Main role consists in ensuring that the agency ICT4D solution (eValuate - http://evaluate.crs.org) is designed for global rollout to meet Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Program Management needs in the field, regions and headquarters. Major functions include:
a) leading the MEAL/ICT platform design, planning and deployment, ensuring that it meets the organizations objectives;
b) leading the MEAL/ICT platform management and capacity building; and
c) providing high quality MEAL technical assistance to field programs and global projects.
Main strategic goal will be to integrate and align the agency's methodologies, protocols & procedures with technological solutions for effective and efficient MEAL. Will support effective coordination amongst different parties, within and outside the agency.
